Rich Dad® Poor Dad is a key book for anyone who wants
financial freedom. If you want to gain control over your financial future
and you haven't yet read Rich Dad® we strongly recommend you do so
now.
|
Another crucial book - recommended by Rich Dad® - is
The E-Myth by Michael Gerber. The E-Myth will help you build a true B
Quadrant business - a business that works even when you're not there.
The advice from Robert Kiyosaki in Rich Dad® is simple
and yet so illuminating. Reading it is like having someone remove a financial
blindfold that you've been wearing for years. If you want a trial run using
Kiyosaki's ideas you can buy a copy of his educational game CASHFLOW® 101.
We've played it and we recommend it.

If you have read Rich Dad® you know that Robert Kiyosaki
stresses the need for positive cash flow. To gain financial freedom you need
this cash flow from 'Passive Income' - income that continues without you
working for it. You can get Passive Income from Investments or Businesses.
But note the definition of a business!
Owning a business that provides passive income means the
business works without you having to be there. In Rich Dad's CASHFLOW Quadrant
Robert Kiyosaki says you have a business if you can leave it for a year or more
and then return to find it more profitable and running better than when you
left. But if your business would falter without you then you have a 'job' more
than a business. You are in the S (self-employed) quadrant rather than the B
(business) quadrant.
Of course you may be happy in the S quadrant. But what if
you're not? What if you want to move from S to B - to create a thriving
business that works even when you're not there? Robert Kiyosaki says you
need:
- Ownership or control of systems and
- The ability to lead people

How do you do that?
Fortunately, there is a step-by-step formula you can follow.
